Leading food lifecycle management (PLM) company, Point74, has partnered with compliance platform QUOR, creating a first-of-its-kind integrated digital solution for the food and beverage sector.
The merger brings together two highly complementary platforms, combining Point74’s end-to-end product lifecycle and recipe management capabilities with QUOR’s deep expertise in supplier compliance, specifications, and paperless factory quality processes.
Together, the combined platform will enable food manufacturers and retailers to have an end-to-end product lifecycle process, helping them to create and manage product development and production data, enhance factory process management, improve product quality and strengthen regulatory compliance.
The unified digital thread will enable food businesses to replace spreadsheets and disparate systems with a seamless information exchange from formulation and manufacturing processes through to ERP systems.
By bringing the two platforms together, clients will benefit from:
- One version of the truth linking supplier, recipe, costing, and factory quality data
- End-to-end traceability from raw material through to finished product and customer specifications
- Improved margin control through integrated formulation and costing processes
- Faster, safer product launches with aligned innovation, technical, and operational workflows
- Reduced compliance risk through unified supplier, product, and factory quality data and processes
